CityNews.ca Weather Webcast Launches

Toronto, January 26, 2009 - CityNews is pleased to launch CityNews.ca Weather Webcast, the first tool of its kind in Canada, offering viewers a unique and interactive alternative to accessing online weather reports that affect life in the GTA.  Citynews.ca Weather Webcast launches Monday, January 26, 2009.

Viewers can now log on to CityNews.ca and click on the Weather Webcast icon for up-to-date custom video microcasts from trusted names in weather including Michael Kuss, Frank Ferragine, Adam Stiles and Sangita Patel.  Focusing on Toronto and the surrounding area, Citynews.ca Weather Webcast delivers reliable daily and weekly forecasts tracking weather patterns as they develop with regular updates throughout the day, seven days a week.   This new format provides access to broadcast-quality images as well as the opportunity to interact with CityNews personalities via email.
